      WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEMS AFTER ORDER DATE?

      Please allow  5-15 days and depending on how fast customs in your country processes the package, however, most of the time you may receive your items earlier unless there is circumstances beyond our control such as custom holds, natural disasters, country regulations, etc. The duration depends on the shipping method and the destination country. Delays may occur due to Holidays and/or any unforeseen events such as Earthquake, floods or typhoons. Please do note as well that custom inspections can be a factor during shipment. No matter what happens, rest assured you will receive your items within the 6 weeks time period.

      Depending on the products that I ordered and where the item is currently being manufactured and stored, different items may be sent from different places. We do this to ensure faster and more efficient delivery times for you.

      WHO PAY FOR TAXES & DUTIES?

      Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination. 

      Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by us. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

       

      RETURN POLICY

      In the events where the product received comes with  defects, you are entitled to request for a product replacement within 7 days of receiving the item. To request for a replacement, you are required to provide photographic evidence of the product’s defects to service@goodideatrade.com or message. If the case is deemed valid, GoodIdeaShop will cover related cost to deliver a replacement.

      After 7 days of receiving the item, you can no longer request for item replacement for any reason.

       Free Product

      We do not offer replacement nor return on any free products, for any reason.

       Changes on Orders

      You are allowed to make changes to orders placed, within 24 hours of making your purchases and before the orders are fulfilled. Additional charges will be incurred by you for any changes made to the orders after 24 hours of making your purchases.

      You are not allowed to cancel your purchases after the orders are placed.
