      When your furniture order ships, we will send you a shipping notification email with tracking information.

      Occasionally, items may be out of stock and will be canceled from your order, unfortunately. You will be notified by email about any cancellation in this case. We will not charge you for items that are canceled.

      How long does it take to ship?

      The total delivery time is the sum of the furniture production time, processing time and the shipping time.

      Furniture production time is the time for us to select well-matched materials to production,It usually takes 12-16 days.

      Furniture processing time is the time between when you place an order and when we ship it.It takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from our warehouse. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment. It usually takes 5-7days.

      Shipping time is the time between when your order has been shipped and delivered to you. It usually takes 4-8 weeks.

      Please note that due to the ongoing impacts of COVID-19, our shipping ETAs have been longer than usual in some cases. 

      In general, items sold can be delivered in 90 days.

       

      What should I do if there is a serious delay with my shipment?

      Please contact our customer service to investigate. If it is comfirmed there is an exception(i.e package lost)or delay will still last for a considerable time,we are responsible for a re-shipment or refund according to your preference.

       

      How to track the package?

      Once your furniture order has been shipped,you will receive a shipment notification email that includes the tracking number and the carrier and order parcel pictures. Just go to the carrier's website and use the tracking number to track your package.

       

      I ordered more than one item, Will they all be delivered at the same time?

      We will try our best to make sure all you items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used,depending on the product.

       

      Can I change the delivery address of my package ?

      If the package hasn’t shipped, please feel free to contact us with your new delivery address.

      If the package is en route, we cannot change the shipment.
